To be the network for the higher education institutions to unite them in the promotion and development of good research environments and collaborative relationships with their international peers, and in the enhancement of the quality of higher education through the extensive use of ICTs and building the necessary communication infrastructures to provide them with affordable connectivity to other Regional and National Research and Education Networks, and the rest of the world.
